Job Opportunity: CNC Operator

Position Summary: The hours for this position are 5:30am-2:00pm. The CNC Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of one or more assigned multi-axis CNC machine tools to produce component parts in accordance with engineering drawings, internal sketches, or other specifications provided by engineering.

1. Meet production schedules and standard timeframes established for setup and cycle times.
2. Setup and operate a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-precision coupling components using engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Perform and document in-process QA inspections.
4. Follow-up operations, such as deburring, marking, and cleaning parts as required.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area consistently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 2 years CNC operator and setup experience.

Physical Requirements:

• 95% of the time on feet and running multiple machines.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs with proper lifting devices.
• Repetitive movements such as twisting/bending and hand gripping are required.

The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $32.00/hr, commensurate with experience and education, and may vary. This full-time position offers paid time off, 401k, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

This position may require access to U.S. export-controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR) regulations. Eligible candidates include U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees, or others authorized to receive U.S. export licenses. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
