You will participate in LEAN initiatives, perform basic maintenance, and train teammates to ensure efficient production and strong housekeeping practices on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and run to standard process and off-line equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Operate automated machinery including presses, lathes, mills, furnaces, and robotic equipment.
• Identify safety issues and participate in LEAN improvements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Train others on safe operation of equipment and processes.
• Adhere to documented work instructions and quality standards.
