This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while supervising a small team of associates. 100% work from home Our mission is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives by overcoming mental health challenges through a holistic approach, creating a world where mental health is prioritized and accessible to all. • Experienced supervisors only • Full time • Licensed Clinical Supervisor starts at $110,000 - $115,000 yearly plus benefits • Only full-time positions are available • Small client caseload required • The Full-Time Supervisor position is 40 hours per week. 6 associates • Weekly supervisor support group • We offer the support you need to be the best you that you can be • All FT supervisors participate in EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System training) Full-time Supervisors receive: • Free CAMFT membership • Kaiser Medical benefit contribution • Paid vacation time • Paid holiday time • Paid sick time • Paid CEUs • Retirement account • Flexible schedule • A weekly paid supervisor consultation group • Monthly leadership training • Paid Malpractice/Liability • Advancement opportunities • Leadership training Responsibilities: • Supervise a team of 6 associates on a weekly basis • Manage a small client caseload • Assist in clinical programming and development as required • Enjoy working independently with support across all areas • Learn to implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) as one of our leaders • Train associates in administrative duties, policies, and billing protocols • Assist in developing, maintaining, and evaluating policies and procedures • Prepare training presentations when necessary (voluntary) • Attend weekly supervisor support meetings for networking and information sharing • Contribute relevant information in team meetings • Work both independently and as part of the leadership team • Provide on-call coverage for emergency consultation outside of regular hours if needed • Respond appropriately to challenging emergency situations • Intervene in crisis situations with clinicians as required • Review documentation accuracy and ensure clinicians meet billing deadlines • Train, evaluate, and develop corrective action plans for clinicians when necessary • Conduct regular case conferences with clinicians for supervision • Supervise staff in assessing social, emotional, and economic causes of problem behavior • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Stay informed on counseling issues related to mental health and psychosocial disorders • Conduct 3-month, 6-month, and yearly reviews for clinicians • Perform other duties as assigned to assist associates in meeting expectations • Review internal documents promptly according to policies • Implement collaborative note-writing in sessions • Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making consistently • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions • Audit team charts and provide recommendations daily • Ability to work from home and provide telehealth services Qualifications: • Recent experience supervising associates is required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Must be trained in an evidenced practice such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or IFS. • Ability to work independently at a high level, be adaptable to change and provide clear direction. • Ethical and integral work approach is a must. • Experience with EMR is considered advantageous. • Proficient in managing calls and emails from office staff and clients. • Maintains professionalism when interacting with clients and staff. • Must be licensed to practice in California for a minimum of 2 years. • Licensed for 2 years and capable of supervising as per state and BBS guidelines. Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 yearly
