Child Communication and Behavior Specialists (CCBS) is a clinician-owned ABA agency dedicated to ensuring client progress through exceptional mentorship and support for RBTs and Master’s level practitioners. We emphasize naturalistic teaching and foster a person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally inclusive environment.

The Position

We are seeking a Remote BCBA Supervisor & Clinical Consultant to join our team. This role is 100% remote with oversight of Telehealth and in-person sessions conducted in clinics or client homes.

As a BCBA Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Deliver impactful caregiver-mediated treatment (CMT).
  • Support and supervise RBTs and student analysts, helping them thrive professionally.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to implement individualized, high-quality ABA programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on clinical supervision using Behavioral Skills Training (BST).
  • Facilitate caregiver training to foster active participation and successful client outcomes.
  • Ensure at least 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours.
  • Deliver a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week.
  • Work in diverse settings, including clinics, homes, and telehealth, to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate to meet organizational KPIs and drive program excellence through meeting deadlines and following company policies.
  • Monitor treatment progress and maintain detailed, timely documentation.

The Successful Candidate
  • Holds a valid BCBA certification.
  • Has 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Excels in caregiver training, social skills facilitation, and BST methods.
  • Communicates effectively and adapts to different learning styles.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices.
  • Passes a California LiveScan background check, has a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Range: $50-$55 per hour for billable hours.
  • Bonuses: Quarterly and annual performance incentives, including:
    • Team Performance Bonuses: Up to $375 quarterly per individual for achieving team KPIs.
    • Individual Bonuses: Additional $3/hour for exceeding billable targets.
    • Exceptional Performance Bonuses: Up to $250 per quarter for exceeding all metrics.
    • Annual Recognition Bonus: $500 for consistent KPI achievement.
