Job summary

Colorado Urology is seeking a Research Coordinator to screen, enroll, and monitor subjects across Phase I–IV clinical trials. You will work with the Principal Investigator to ensure protocol compliance, consent accuracy, and site logistics.

Responsibilities include subject recruitment, document verification, regulatory submissions, and coordinating with study staff. A high school diploma and knowledge of FDA/ICH/GCP requirements are essential; strong communication and data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of FDA clinical trial phases I–IV.
• Strong understanding of GCP set forth by the ICH.
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer software and database skills.
• HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Caring, compassionate, patient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll, and follow study subjects for clinical trials.
• Review inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocol requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment and communications with PI, staff, and sites.
• Prepare study charts, source documents, and regulatory logs.
• Maintain study equipment calibration and regulatory files.
• Schedule site visits and manage adverse events reporting.
