Robesonia Logistics LLC is seeking a Professional Driver to join our night-shift fleet in Scranton, PA. You will train under a Professional Driver Trainer and progress through our training program, delivering product to customers across multiple stops while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 180 days, shoe reimbursement, medical coverage after 90 days, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license and be DOT certified.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT/FMCSR knowledge and ability to comply with company policies.
• Previous tractor-trailer experience preferred.
• Ability to load/unload and operate CMV safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle delivering products to customers.
• Load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) products at 3-10 stops per day.
• Inspect equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel as required.

Position Overview

C&S Wholesale Grocers desires to create the most safe, efficient, and service forward fleet in the country. As a Professional Driver with C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will start your driving career with the company by working with a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) who will provide coaching and insight on the C&S Way which includes company and regulatory requirements. Once you have successfully completed our new hire training program, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through deliveries of product and services while performing all other assigned duties. All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Job Description

Pay Rate: $30/hr (OT after 40) (ave over $2000/week!)

$5000 Safety sign on- paid out in 180 days

Start times @ midnight to 1 am, Monday-Saturday operation, work 5 of those days; off one additional day, including Sunday

Description

• Utilizing the specialized skills developed with experience and the C&S Professional Driver Training Program, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc…), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product
• Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day
• Driver will inspect, document and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
• Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements
• All other duties as assigned
