Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC is seeking a Professional Driver to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle, delivering products across assigned routes. You will start with the company’s driver training program, then perform driving and loading duties while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Position Overview

C&S Wholesale Grocers desires to create the most safe, efficient, and service forward fleet in the country. As a Professional Driver with C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will start your driving career with the company by working with a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) who will provide coaching and insight on the C&S Way which includes company and regulatory requirements. Once you have successfully completed our new hire training program, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through deliveries of product and services while performing all other assigned duties. All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Job Description Pay Rate: $30.74/hour 6-Month Increase: Automatically moves up to $31.42 / hour Weekly Guarantee: 45 hours guaranteed ($1,383.30 gross minimum per week) Safe Driving Bonus: Up to $1,400 / year, evaluated on camera scores and paid out quarterly. Utilizing the specialized skills developed with experience and the C&S Professional Driver Training Program, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc…) applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product

Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day

Driver will inspect, document and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements

Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements
