Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is a regional defense law firm with offices in Philadelphia, North Jersey, and Manhattan. We seek a civil litigation attorney to join our Pennsylvania Medical Malpractice practice.

The role involves handling depositions, motions, and complex litigation while representing clients in high-exposure matters. A strong writing and research background is essential, along with the ability to manage a large caseload and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of civil litigation experience required.
• Medical malpractice experience is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Barred in Pennsylvania or able to obtain PA admission.

Responsabilidades

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
• Record and disseminate information on behalf of clients.
• Summarize medical records and highlight critical information.
• Prepare client status reports and outline next steps.
