Job summary

Hiley Mazda of Hurst is seeking an Experienced/Certified Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at our Hurst, TX location. The role involves test-driving, using diagnostic tools, and communicating with service advisors to inform customers about needed services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technician experience, strong knowledge of electrical/engine repairs, and a customer-service oriented mindset in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• A-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services needed.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and complete warranty work per manufacturer specs.
