Job summary

Hiley Acura in Fort Worth is seeking an Experienced/Certified Service Technician to perform repairs per repair orders, diagnose vehicle issues with diagnostic tools, and communicate with the Service Advisor about recommended work. Responsibilities include testing, warranty repairs, and delivering timely estimates while maintaining high customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of technician experience, factory certifications, and broad knowledge of modern vehicle technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• Factory certification preferred.
• A-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and AC systems.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently per dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair engine, electrical, steering, suspension and brakes.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services needed.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and execute warranty work per manufacturer specs.
