Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required or preferred.
• Factory certification preferred.
• A-level qualifications include diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and team mindset.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Must be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and service as per service orders and dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about needed additional services.
• Estimate time for repairs and complete warranty work per manufacturer specs.
