Are you an \"EXPERIENCED\" CDL Driver Recruiter who knows how to find, qualify, and hire great OTR drivers?

I'm working with a well-established transportation company that is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team.

This is not an entry-level recruiting position. They need someone who understands the trucking industry, knows where to find qualified Class A CDL drivers, and can take a driver from initial contact through the hiring process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruit and hire Class A CDL/OTR drivers - Develop and execute effective driver recruiting strategies - Source candidates through multiple channels, including job fairs and direct recruiting - Conduct interviews, screenings, background checks, and required verifications - Maintain strong communication with drivers throughout the recruiting process - Work closely with management to identify and fill driver needs - Recruit for multiple load types and operational requirements - Stay current on DOT regulations and transportation industry requirements - Utilize recruiting systems, computers, and communication tools effectively

Compensation
