Our dealerships provide a professional, team-oriented working environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within the automotive industry.Some of what you will doProvide a professional, welcoming, and helpful experience for every customer.Process customer payments for Service and Parts transactions, including cash, checks, and credit cards.Accurately calculate customer balances, provide change, and issue receipts.Record payments accurately on repair orders, parts counter tickets, and dealership systems.Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments as needed.Support appointment reminders and other customer follow-up activities.Process applicable customer rewards and dealership programs.Assist with rental vehicle transactions and related documentation.File and organize service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and other dealership records.Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns and involve the appropriate team member when additional assistance is needed.Maintain an organized and professional cashier and customer reception area.Partner with Service, Parts, and other dealership departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.Perform additional administrative and departmental duties as assigned.What we are looking forHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous customer service, cashier, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
