Job summary

PFQ Companies seeks independent, experienced freight carrier agents to join a family of carriers. Agents operate on a 100% commission model with 85% revenue and a range of insurance options, including disability and health plans.

Software and sales support are provided, with weekly settlements after a two-week holdback. Leverage interchange agreements, access multiple lanes (intermodal, power-only, flatbeds, heavy haul, specialized, tanks, vans, reefers) and participate in a strong, veteran-led

Qualifications

• Independent freight carrier agents sought with experience in multiple carrier types.
• Must be comfortable working on commission-based compensation and utilizing provided software.

Responsibilities

• As an agent you will be supported with interchange agreements and a turnkey platform.
• Sales activities and driver onboarding support with quick approvals and weekly settlements after holdback.
