We are seeking a EXPERIENCED skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well rounded with a strong background in various carpentry tasks including rough and trim carpentry as well as extensive knowledge of construction methods and techniques. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Skills:

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Perform finishing and remodeling tasks to include: Interior finish work, doors, trim, cabinets, railings, light framing, and drywall.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices to assess material needs effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years experience in remodeling finish and rough carpentry
• Minimum tools required: Basic Hand Tools such as hammer, tape measure, speed square, nail apron, etc. Circular saw, Sanders, Hand Rip Saw, Stapler, Drill, Miter Saw, Compressor, Ext Cords, Air Hoses, Portable Table Saw, 2′ and 4′ Level, Framing Sq., Router, Saber Saw, Sawhorses, Recip. Saw, Power Plane, Step Ladder, Nail Guns
• Must have reliable work vehicle
• Must have a good driving record
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and plans
• Ability to use construction software
• Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting 75 pounds
• Comfortable on ladders, scaffolding and working at heights
