Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in the Philadelphia area. The role emphasizes kindness, safety, and daily companionship, with a focus on adhering to each client’s care plan and ensuring comfort.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. We offer flexible shifts, biweekly pay, and opportunities for growth within Visiting Angels.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Recent TB test or willingness to complete the required testing.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
• Someone who treats clients with kindness and respect.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with clients and keep them company.
• Help with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Support clients with walking and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands when needed.
• Follow the client’s care plan.
• Keep the office or family updated on any changes.
• Make clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Spend time with clients and keep them company.
