Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in Philadelphia, PA. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home for clients.

Requirements include at least 2 years of caregiving, potential CNA/HHA/PCA experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation where applicable. TB test and strong communication are required. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance for applicable positions.
• A recent, accepted TB test.
• A compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home tidy.
