Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is actively seeking compassionate caregivers to serve clients across the Philadelphia area. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help ensure safety and comfort in the home.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with biweekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to grow within Visiting Angels. Prior caregiving experience and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with clients and keep them company.
• Help with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Support clients with walking and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands when needed.
• Follow the client’s care plan.
• Keep the office or family updated on any changes.
• Most importantly, make clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Spend time with clients and keep them company

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and Reliable transportation
• Recent TB test or willingness to complete the required testing
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Someone who treats clients with kindness and respect
