Qualifications

• Must be reliable and show up on time for every shift.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle with insurance listing you as covered driver.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain before employment.
• TB screening or willingness to obtain before employment.
• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, client-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders (CMTs may administer medications as assigned).
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
• Accurately document care provided during each visit.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands when required.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up on time for every scheduled shift
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
• Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
• At least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
• Professional, compassionate, and client-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA, GNA, or CMT certification
• Experience documenting care notes using a mobile app or electronic documentation system

What You'll Do
