FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston is seeking a caring and compassionate caregiver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior caregiver experience, a friendly demeanor, and be comfortable providing personal care in a one-on-one setting.

This role includes long day shifts with weekend availability preferred. We offer a supportive environment with perks such as 24/7 phone support, yearly appreciation parties, field support training, and a 401K with matching.

Job description

We are looking for a very caring, compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. Must have prior caregiver experience and comfortable with personal care.

Schedule:

Long Day Shifts - Weekend availability is a plus

$20.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year preferred)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
