Job summary

Infallible Home Care LLC is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide high-quality care at clients' homes in Michigan. You will support seniors with daily living activities and health-related tasks, while maintaining dignity and respect in every interaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of caregiving experience, can work independently, and possess a valid driver’s license. A background check is required; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity and respect.
• Pass background check and provide acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance to clients.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Drive to appointments or outings using a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including meal prep and light housekeeping.
