Job summary

Infallible Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in Michigan to provide high-quality, in-home care. The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and reliable independence while caring for seniors and clients with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safe transport to appointments using a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, MUST include previous employment history when applying.
• Able to work independently.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record as well as proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize premium skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
