Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• View and treat vulnerable populations with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid knowledge and respect residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings with a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
