Job summary

Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in Michigan. You will provide long-term, in-home care with a focus on dignity and respect for clients of all ages.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, personal care, and medication reminders, plus driving to appointments. A valid license and clean driving record are required; weekly pay and flexible scheduling support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• View/treat vulnerable populations with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass background check and provide required documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medications reminders.
• Apply first aid knowledge and respect residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings using a valid driver’s license.
• Show compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment including meal prep and light housekeeping.
