Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and deliver in-home support to a diverse range of clients. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime pay, and employee recognition programs. This role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and building trust with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
