Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in California is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team, providing companionship, light housekeeping, and daily assistance in clients' homes. You will build trustworthy relationships with clients and families, ensuring reliable, on-time care across shifts.

We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation, ongoing training, overtime pay, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
