Job summary

AutoNation in Miami seeks an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles, achieving gross profit and high customer satisfaction. You will work with a nationwide inventory, support from lenders, and state-of-the-art CRM tools.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of automotive sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a desire to grow into finance, management, or higher sales roles. Competitive compensation, benefits, and 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Utilize AutoNation’s tools and CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and closing activities.
