Responsabilidades

• Manage attorney calendars, prepare pleadings, WCAB forms, and settlement documents; file with EAMS; review dictations.
• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, forms, and settlement documents for filing with the WCAB.
• Manage and maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring for hearings and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
