  • Medical Scheduling: Request panel QME lists as needed
  • Medical Scheduling: Monitor med-legal report due dates and assist with follow-up
  • Deposition Coordination & Legal Support: Schedule and confirm depositions with clients, attorneys, and defense counsel
  • Deposition Coordination & Legal Support: Calendar depositions, medical evaluations, hearings, and other critical deadlines
  • Deposition Coordination & Legal Support: Prepare and coordinate deposition preparation materials
  • Deposition Coordination & Legal Support: File legal documents in EAMS (e.g. Applications, COAs, DORs, Liens)
  • Deposition Coordination & Legal Support: Organize and maintain client case files
  • Deposition Coordination & Legal Support: Serve medical-legal reports and other discovery materials to defense counsel
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and the firm administrator
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal privacy
