Job summary

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of California workers' compensation legal experience is beneficial.
- Law firm experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in legal case management software required.
Responsibilities
- Manage attorney calendars, prepare pleadings and WCAB forms; file settlement documents with EAMS; review dictations.
- Prepare correspondence, pleadings, forms and settlement documents for filing with the WCAB.
- Manage and maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring for hearings and depositions.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
