Job summary

Haller is seeking a Business Development Representative in the Lehigh Valley, PA area within our Commercial Sales Group. You will identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors, and build strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.

You will develop strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to drive deals, with travel as needed and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development
• Proven sales and marketing success in related sectors
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong customer relationship management abilities
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors
