Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and engineering teams.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
Support UAT and validate solutions meet defined requirements.
