Join the Champions ABA - MA team as an Experienced BCBA in Chelsea, MA, and become part of a dynamic organization dedicated to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that unlock every individual's potential.
Conduct initial assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients in their homes or community settings, using evidence-based techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to educate and empower them to support their loved ones' behavioral progress
Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to compliance standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of new program initiatives
Stay current with industry best practices, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or related field
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field (Entry-level candidates welcome!)

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
