Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering in-home and community-based ABA services in the Boston area. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with individuals with ASD in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed to achieve outcomes.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA services to individuals with ASD
Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery and quality
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to advance your skills and contribute to the growth of our organization

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA services, preferably with individuals with ASD
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
