Job summary

Quantum Building Solutions, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Experienced BAS Technician to apply BAS/DDC knowhow on HVAC control systems and build a long-term career in a rapidly expanding industry.

The position is full-time, with 40+ hours weekly, Monday–Friday, and a range of benefits including medical, 401K match, take-home vehicle, and more. Strong troubleshooting and PLC/DDC/LL programming skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on BAS/DDC experience.
• Expertise in HVAC control systems and building automation.
• Skill in troubleshooting controls and system-level issues.
• Experience with PLC, DDC, and/or LL programming.
• Experience with Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB, or similar platforms.
• Niagara/N4 certification would be a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain BAS/DDC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues.
• Collaborate with building teams to implement controls projects.
• Participate in field commissioning and testing.

What You'll Need
