Quantum Building Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Building Automation Technician to diagnose and service BAS/DDC systems in the field in Richardson, TX.

The role involves hands-on work with HVAC controls, field troubleshooting, and programming control sequences for building automation projects. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of BAS/DDC experience, familiarity with major manufacturers (Distech, Honeywell, JCI, ABB), and Niagara/N4 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on DDC/BAS experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and building automation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot controls and system-level issues independently.
• Programming experience with DDC, PLC, and/or Ladder Logic.
• Familiarity with major controls manufacturers such as Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB, or similar platforms.
• Niagara/N4 certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Building Automation Technician

Location: Richardson, TX Compensation: $35–$50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Full-time

We're looking for an experienced Building Automation Technician to join a growing team in Austin, TX. This is a hands‑on service position for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working with HVAC control systems, and finding solutions in the field. Skills Needed

• At least 3 years of hands‑on DDC/BAS experience
