Job summary

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. seeks a Controls Service Tech in Houston, TX to service and repair BAS/BMS, diagnose HVAC control issues, and support programming and integration of control systems.

The role involves collaboration with engineering and project teams and hands-on work with Niagara Niagara N4, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB platforms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BAS/DDC, strong ladder logic/PLC skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with DDC/BAS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming skills (ladder logic/PLC/DDC).
• Experience with major controls platforms (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB, etc.).
• Niagara/N4 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair BAS/BMS.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC controls and DDC systems.

Houston, TX

Pay Range: $35-$50/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional overtime/weekends)

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC controls and DDC systems
• Support integration and programming of control systems
