Job summary

Moxie Woodfire Grill is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve drinks in a high-volume environment. You will manage cash, process payments, and maintain inventory and safety controls according to company standards.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma (bartending training preferred) and at least one year of experience. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending coursework preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar.
• Experience handling money and operating POS and card processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar daily with beverages, supplies and condiments per policies.
• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.
• Prepare and serve drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Operate the POS system and related software.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment stored properly.
• Comply with all laws and company policies.
