Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of bartending experience.

• You’re passionate about crafting drinks that wow guests, from classic cocktails to signature creations.
• You have a keen eye for detail, providing an experience where every drink and interaction exceeds expectations.
• You’re comfortable handling busy shifts while staying calm, focused, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Build memorable moments for guests by making them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed with every interaction.
• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing the bar and assisting with other setup tasks.
• Craft cocktails and beverages with precision, following recipe specifications.
• Stay sharp and informed about menu updates and current offerings.
• Run a clean, organized bar, ensuring every shift is seamless and efficient.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule that may include evenings, holidays, and extended hours depending on business needs.
• Use point-of-sale systems; experience with Toast is a plus.
