Qualifications

Hospitality or bartending experience required.
High-volume service experience preferred.
Must be 18+ years old.
Ability to work 20–30 hours per scheduled week.

Responsibilities

Treat all team members and guests with respect at all times.
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service.
Make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Deliver accurate orders to kitchen and guests, maintaining service standards.
Master menu, including ingredients, prep methods, and wine pairings.
Maintain bar cleanliness and follow sanitation protocols.
Stock items with bar back and manage supplies.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Uphold professionalism, grooming, and uniform standards.
Be present, engaged.
