Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in upscale hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, sake and wine.
• Excellent guest interaction and overall service presence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Prepare cocktails, sake, wine, beer and nonalcoholic beverages to standard.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu and offer recommendations.
• Take orders accurately, process payments and assist with front-of-house needs.
• Set up, stock and maintain the bar and monitor inventory.
• Complete preparation, opening and closing procedures.
• Follow sanitation, safety and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
