Job summary

Danbury Automotive Group is seeking experienced automotive technicians at all levels A, B and C to join a high-performing shop. The role offers a productive work environment with fair distribution of tasks and a focus on safety and quality repair work.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• FCA/Stellantis Certification preferred.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Strong automotive background and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
