Job summary

Danbury Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking experienced automotive technicians at all levels A, B and C to join a productive shop with fair work distribution and a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities to learn and advance, with aggressive pay plans and bonus opportunities.

We value FCA/Stellantis certification and ASE credentials, plus a strong automotive background and teamwork. Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check and have a clean driver's license.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional repairs and provide time estimates
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Experienced Automotive Technician Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• FCA/Stellantis Certification Preferred
• Strong automotive background
