The TKO Group in North Carolina is seeking Technicians to support a growing service department and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role offers an hourly pay rate up to 45 based on experience, a master flat tech bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, assisting with test drives and diagnostics, and communicating with the Service Advisor.

Formación

• Proven automotive repair experience with a focus on diagnostic and repair work.
• Ability to diagnose and repair engine, electrical, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs specified on service orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles and testing components/systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor on additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership – familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures
• Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems. Know how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Nissan experience preferred
• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Good knowledge of automobiles
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical degree preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in service department
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Computer Skills
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Pass a Background, Drug and MVR Check
