Paul Thigpen Automotive Group is currently looking to add qualified service technicians to our auto group. We are experiencing growth and need to expand our service departments at each location. We are specifically seeking A & B level technicians with 5+ years of experience. We value your expertise and are willing to pay top dollar for the right candidates.

Responsibilities of an Experienced Automotive Technician:

1. Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning.
2. Effectively communicate with service advisors regarding the scope and status of service work.
3. Ford experience preferred.
4. ASE Certification is a plus.
5. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per flat rate hour (based on experience). Earning potential of $100,000+ per year.
