**The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Shift Information:

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays, depending on location.

What do we consider?
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license and age of at least 18.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
What else do we consider?
  • A commitment to learning new automotive technologies.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • ASE Certification.
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles and conducting road tests.
  • Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems.
About the Role: Skills You Will Learn:
  • Performing line technician services, inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
  • Providing excellent guest service, communicating clearly, and mentoring junior technicians.
  • Documenting work accurately and reporting safety issues.
  • Promoting teamwork and maintaining vehicle care standards.
  • Performing manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
