Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Twin Falls is hiring experienced automotive technicians to join our service team in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will perform repair work per repair orders, diagnose issues, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality.

We seek technicians with a strong repair background, a focus on customer service, and a commitment to safety. Industry training, competitive pay, and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive repair experience is required.
• Technicians who consistently log over 100 hours per pay period are preferred.
• Must be able to perform repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions.
• Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Document work performed on repair orders and record test results and times.
• Maintain an inventory of standard mechanic tools.

What You’ll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior automotive repair experience, required. We are looking for technicians who consistently flag over 100 hours per pay period
• ASE and manufacturer certification is not required
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
