The Auto Ranch Group is hiring for Boise Auto Ranch to expand our used-vehicle sales team. We offer an aggressive compensation plan with up to 35% commission, daily support, and a path to unlimited earnings based on performance.

As a sales consultant, you will engage customers, demonstrate features and financing options, work with management to hit monthly targets, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in used vehicle sales is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team collaboration.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

The Auto Ranch Group has opened BOISE AUTO RANCH -- our Pre-Owned Vehicle Superstore on Fairview Ave. in Boise -- at the heart of Auto Row and with access to vehicle inventory at all six Auto Ranch Group dealerships in the Valley!

We offer experienced sales consultants the most lucrative pay plan in the area, with up to 35% commission, volume bonuses, a killer spiff program, and an annual production bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
• Work closely with sales management to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up
• Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays
