As an Automotive Mechanic at Meineke Car Care Center in Westchase, your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on automotive vehicles. Responsibilities

1. Inspections:
   • Perform inspections according to Meineke procedures on every vehicle.
   • Review inspection findings with service advisor or manager, verifying understanding of findings and recommendations.
2. Repairs:
   • Verify parts upon arrival with the service writer.
   • Ensure quality work and fix it right the first time.
   • Be honest about your abilities; seek help when needed.
   • Test drive repairs as necessary to verify correctness.
   • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow Meineke procedures.
3. Center Upkeep:
   • Keep workspace clean and organized.
   • Maintain your toolbox and assist with shop maintenance and cleaning.
   • Assist with equipment maintenance as assigned.
4. Additional Duties:
   • Follow all center policies and procedures.

Requirements

• ASE certification or equivalent (recommended).
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in automotive service or diagnostics.
• Fluent in English.
