Job summary

Koeppel Auto Group in New York is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead the dealership’s lending and contract processes. You will partner with sales to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration for the finance department.
• Track portfolio with lenders and monitor daily deal flow for timely turnaround.
• Review and inspect department paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines; support sales goals.
• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule; collaborate with sales on proper selling methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a comprehensivemenu selling process to maximize the finance department's overallprofitability and product penetration
• Track portfolio with lenders
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior automotive management experience preferred
